Maci is 10 months now, as of yesterday 4/14. Maci is now:
Saying -
dada, daddy, momma, kitty, Ya-Ya (that is what she named our cat who was a stray), hi, nigh-night (the name she gave her pacifier) and she is now working on saying kiss. She is SO smart!
Doing -
Maci as of yesterday on her 10 months started scooting backwards on the ground when on her tummy. She went to one side of the room, made a U-Turn and went to the other side. She would get a little tired from time to time and lay her head down and then start again.
If you tell her to clap, clap, clap she will clap her hands. My goodness, who would have known that clapping hands could be so cute?
She is now playing Peek-A-Boo on her own. She will hide her face and come our from under whatever she has used to hide and wait for you to say PEEK-A-BOO! How fun, she's playing with me!
Maci will also turn in circles and use her hands to push herself backwards to get to toys and move around on the floor when she is sitting up. She might not be crawling but she is finding ways to get around.
Other -
Maci now has her two bottom teeth that came at 6-7 months, and now she has the tooth between her eye tooth and her front tooth on her left side, as of this morning her front left tooth is starting to come through as well.
Maci is just over 20 lbs and is a skinny thing. She is long and wearing 12-18 month pants and 9-12 month shirts.

We've Moved
Will, Maci and I are officially living in Woodland, Washington. We moved on March 12th and we LOVE our new home. We have been able to spread out a bit, the house is almost double the size we were in. I have to admit, we did love the house we were in, it was nice and cozy but we have way to much stuff for that house. We lived in a 1,200 sq ft home, then 984 sq ft and now just over 1,600 sq ft. All of us, including Maci like to have the space outside, the house is on 5 acres so we get to see lots of wildlife pass through the yard which is so much fun. Our neighbors are Will's parents who have been so good to us. We get to have dinners with them once or twice a week and catch up on what has happened the days we haven't seen each other.
Moral of the story, we moved and we love it.
